In my practice I follow the concept of holistic medicine, which extends far beyond the field of dermatology.

Our skin is not only a shell, but a true miracle of nature. It has a complex architecture, serves us as an important means of communication and has numerous tasks to fulfil. With an area of up to 2 square metres and a weight of up to 1/6 of the body weight, it is the largest human organ. One square centimetre of skin contains about 10 different hairs, 100 sweat and sebaceous glands, innumerable nerves, more than 200 pain receptors, 100 pressure and 12 heat receptors, depending on the position on the body surface. The acid mantle forms the natural protection for our skin.

The medical view of treating diseases in isolation has its justification in many areas. The fact is, however, that every disease, especially the chronic one, has many causes.
Our holistic medical concept sees you, the human being, our patient, in its absolute totality. Our examinations, diagnoses and therapies are aimed at all areas of your body.
